Sponsor Continuing Education

Requests for Approval to Sponsor Continuing Education Program must be accompanied by the following information, which is submitted online through CE Broker:

1. $25 application fee 
2. Copy of program, conference brochure, or training announcement indicating the following:
   • Program description, content summary, and learning objectives;
   • Agenda of training times and statement of attendance requirements;
   • Presenter(s) and their bio(s);
   • Location of the training (host sites, online program etc.) 
3. Copy of presenter(s) CV(s) 
4. Copy of the proposed CE certificate of completion of attendance with the following information:
   • Name of the attendee;
   • Statement that the attendee attended the entirety of the program;
   • Title, date, and location of the training;
   • Signature of the site official confirming attendance/participation;
   • Room for inclusion of the following statement: (Applicant) was approved by the North Dakota State Board of Psychologist Examiners to sponsor this continued education program for psychologists. (Applicant) maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
