ABBREVIATED NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT, AMEND, ADMINISTRATIVE RULES RELATING TO PRACTICING WITHOUT LICENSURE AND PREDOCTORAL PSYCHOLOGY INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

TAKE NOTICE that the North Dakota State Board of Psychologist Examiners will hold a public hearing to address proposed changes to the N.D. Admin. Code at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Badlands Human Service Center, 1463 I-94 Business Loop E, Dickinson, ND 58601.

A copy of the proposed rules may be obtained by writing the North Dakota State Board of Psychologist Examiners, 2099 E Broadway Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501, or calling 701-214-5580. Also, written comments may be submitted to 2900 E Broadway Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501, or emailed to BoardOffice@ndsbpe.org until February 23, 2024. If you plan to attend the public hearing and will need special facilities or assistance relating to a disability, please contact the North Dakota State Board of Psychologist Examiners at the above telephone number or address at least 5 days prior to the public hearing.
